  1. I had to clump the run together, the girls weren't happy about the 90 second rests!
    16:26 without rests, 26:56 if I included the 90 sec rests.
    I know it's not the same, but at least I got the running done 🙂

  2. Hey guys! I'm really out of shape and thinking about starting crossfit, and I'm excited about following these wod's… Do you have any tips for sticking to it? Also what do you think is the most important equipment to get at first?

  4. Forgot to post this yesterday, 21.50 not counting the 90 second breaks (paused timer). Are we supposed to include the rests? I never know what to do!

    1-4: 7.2/8.20
    5: 7.3/8:13
    6: 7.4/8:06
    7: 7.5/8:00
    8: 7.6/7:53
