Alicia says July 21, 2012 at 8:20 pm I just had major abdominal surgery 7 weeks ago so I changed this a bit. I ran 400m instead of 600m. Used 15lbs time: 30:20. Thanks for creating this blog its so useful!! I am using this at home some can be ready to go back to my cf gym next month Reply
