    I'm new to this blog and to crossfit. Is it 40 lbs total or 40 lb dumbells, 80 lbs total?

    1. It is total unless specified. It would say 20lb dumbbells or just 40lbs, meaning total.

  4. Thanks for posting this workout. This was my 1st WOD from home and my 2nd WOD ever. I really enjoyed this one. I accidentally did 40lbs for both & I forgot to time myself.

  5. Everyone knows exercise is harder to do with dumbbells but that is what we want and No One has no idea how much Dumbbells are important for our healthy life..
