Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

  1. 16 rounds and….
    15 sit ups – 10 push ups – 9 squats

    (first 6 rounds had 15 p/u – then I realized it was only 10 per round! All boy the whole way though)

  2. 16 rounds
    15 su 10pu 9sq

    Boy and girl push ups.

  3. 12 rounds + SU in 16:30 before kids attacked

  4. 16 rounds after running 5 miles pushing a jogging stroller

  5. 16 rounds+ 15 su

    Am back and am gonna try to keep up with the WODs 🙂

  7. 11. 🙁 been acting like I've been on vacation for the last few weeks. Gotta get back into it! Picked this one b/c I didn't wanna run in this heat.
