Got my 800 meter time down by almost 3 minutes, did almost a straight run through on the pushups, and the situps are getting faster. Woohoo!!
I have been doing this for about over a week now. I'm new to crossfit and I love this site. I so used to working out for an hour at a time, so I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around doing this one WOD a day for however long it may take me. Am I doing something wrong?
Guess I should follow that with… I'm a Mother of a 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl. Since having my daughter I have lost over 60 lbs and haven't missed more than a 7 day stretch of working out. I've done everything from races, P90X to Insanity. I love working out from home… it works for my family and doesn't take time away from my kids.
I have have been watching all your times… You ALL are amazing!!!! I am blown away by what you all can do!

Took it super slow and steady on my runs because I'm pretty sure I have a strained hamstring! :/
11:40. I did the 1600 meter run, pushing the girls in the jogger. Then I came home and finished the wod. I've finally got my mile at under 9 mins (8:50) while pushing the double jogger! My goal is 8 min mile with the double jogger, hopefully that happens in the next few weeks 🙂 go me!

Welcome Sarah! I'm relatively new too, been doing this for about 2 mo's now:) Same boat, I have been just doing the WOD's but now I am adding my 1/2 training schedule into it. If I watch what I eat, the short workouts are awesome and effective! Good luck!
