1. 25 minutes.

    One legged squats were definitely not done correctly. With time I'll have them down.

  2. 14:36. Pushing the girls in the jogger. I felt extra slow on the run today!
    20 lbs hang clean

  3. 18:16. The one-legged squats were interesting. Hopefully over time I can get lower 🙂

    Did the run the first time with a new Crossfit Mama as a jog (timer didn't start) then tried to time the squats and 20 lb cleans (timer didn't start but guessing about 4 minutes) then ran the 2K again all out and got 10:51.
