Pushing the jogger
14:36. Pushing the girls in the jogger. I felt extra slow on the run today!
20 lbs hang clean

Did the run the first time with a new Crossfit Mama as a jog (timer didn't start) then tried to time the squats and 20 lb cleans (timer didn't start but guessing about 4 minutes) then ran the 2K again all out and got 10:51.
