    8:01 mins. Lumped the run together pushing the girls in the jogger then finished the rest of the wod. 20 lbs

    13:30 for me. Obviously I'm a beginner. Girls pushups and just the bar to boot. But, hey I'm sweating bullett's and here is to improvement!

    7:50…probably could have pushed myself harder. Wanted to get under 7 minutes, oh well, at least I did it! 🙂

    Although, I only did 20lbs thrusters.
    (I did accidentally run an extra 100m)
