Run 400 meters
21 Thrusters, 20-30 lbs
21 Push-ups
Run 300 meters
15 Thrusters, 20-30 lbs
15 Push-ups
Run 200 meters
9 Thrusters, 20-30 lbs
9 Push-ups


  1. 8:01 mins. Lumped the run together pushing the girls in the jogger then finished the rest of the wod. 20 lbs

  2. 6:40
    Only 10 lbs because Chris was using the heavier set.
    Going to get some 10s and 15s at Target today.

  3. 13:30 for me. Obviously I'm a beginner. Girls pushups and just the bar to boot. But, hey I'm sweating bullett's and here is to improvement!

  4. 7:50…probably could have pushed myself harder. Wanted to get under 7 minutes, oh well, at least I did it! 🙂

    Although, I only did 20lbs thrusters.
    (I did accidentally run an extra 100m)
