1. 12:30. I lumped the run together, pushing the girls in the jogger then did the three sets of SU and Wallballs.

  2. 11:31 – I did a little over 500 meters cause I was guessing… (1738 meters total instead of 1500…)

  3. well, i totally forgot the workout once i headed outside….did 500m 15 wb 500m. and did that cycle 3x. and started it off with 4 miles. time 21:37 for the workout.
