Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall ball shots
90 Jump rope
30 Push-ups


  1. 2 rounds
    Used basketball for wall ball and jump jacks instead of jump rope

  2. Completed 2 rounds in 15 min. We are camping and my phone was charging in the camper so I couldn't see when my time was up but wanted to post for future comparison.
