    Amy – 4:30 This was just first day, so I needed to use girly push ups. I think these daily challenges will be a nice addition to my cardio routine.

  2. Not sure how many reps we were supposed to do, so I did 3. First rep was 1:44, total time for 3 was 5:02

    Amber- 21,15, and 9 reps means that the first round you do 21 reps of each exercise, second round 15 of each, third round 9 of each.
