  1. I did Friday's workout with girl push ups-time 11:27. That last set of lunges was hard!

  2. So I was a little confused on this one. I assumed that since we were supposed to do as many reps of 20lb snatches that we were to go through the sequence and finish out our time with 20lb reps, so that is what I did.

Completed the sequence with 112 20lb dumbbell snatches.

Not sure if that is right or not but it was a good workout!!

  3. 30 per arm, or 15 per arm to total 30?

  4. You got it right Sharon. You burn out on the 20lb snatches. YOU GO GIRL!!! 🙂

  5. I did 30 per arm… also didn't have a 20lb weight so I did another round of 15 per arm. 10 min on treadmill alternating sprinting/walking and jogging. WOW.

  6. Ok so I did 30 10lbs on each arm =60
    30 12.5lbs Each arm=60
    15 15lbs right arm
    25 15lbs left arm. =40
    15 20lbs each arm. =30
Not sure that hat we were supposed to do but this what I did in 10 min.

  7. yesterday was my first day ever doing cross fit…and I didn't time it…

But today I did 3 rounds of 10 lb (90)
    2 rounds of 15 lb (60)
    2 rounds of 20 lb (60)

Total of 210 (105 each arm)

    I didn't have 12 lb weights…

  8. Completed the sequence with 175 then finished out to 180 to make it even on the arms 🙂
