    I'm a newbie. 11.55. Don't have rings yet for knees to elbows. Did on weight bench (not as hard);). Do you have a substitute for that until rings in place?

    When I started crossfit about 5 months ago my knees to elbows were more like knees to waist. Today they were the real thing!

    Welcome Dee! Knees to elbows are actually done from a pull up bar which is what we are all using. 😉

    8:38. I don't have a pull up bar at home yet, so i usually sub sit ups and leg lifts for the required amount of pull ups. Then my core is still getting something.

    I think my time is so fast because I don't have a weighted ball for wall balls do I just use a dumb bell and act like I'm throwing it up without letting go.

    Jodie & Sharon- I don't have a weight ball either (yet) and I use the heavies ball I have which is a basketball so that I can get the same form and movement. I don't mind that the ball doesn't weigh that much because I am trying to keep my upper body feminine/fit. 🙂
