    10 lb. kettle bell
    Push-ups with burpees
    It took me 6 minutes to do everything else, then another 6 just for the burpees! (with a couple of breaks to breathe!)

    10:09 15 lb. Kettlebell & I only got 13 burpees out. Hoorah to you ladies that got them all done.

    9:59.8 as Rxd 15 bpu 15 gpus. Then group power class.
