30 Push-ups
40 Walking lunges
50 Kettlebell swings, 15-20lbs
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

    It took me 6 minutes to do everything else, then another 6 just for the burpees! (with a couple of breaks to breathe!)

  4. 10:09 15 lb. Kettlebell & I only got 13 burpees out. Hoorah to you ladies that got them all done.
