    Girl Pushups
    Did crunches instead of situps so I doubled those.

    5lb dumbbells

    Woo hoo for beating my old time by over a minute and a half!

  3. 9.006, 16 lbs squats, crunches bc I was pooped from doing Wednesday's sit-ups right before!
