Run 400 meters
10 Burpee box jumps, 18″ box
10 Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 15-30lbs
10 Thrusters, 10-20lbs
Rest 1 minute

  1. Wasn't able to run today so I did situps and squats. Hopefully I can do this on Saturday

  2. 25:12
    did push-ups with burpees
    15lb Sumo and thrusters
    Ran extra 400m (I had to, to get back home)
