For time:
Run 500 meters
50 Box jumps
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Kettle bell swings, 10-20lbs
50 Back extensions
50 Dips
20 Burpees


  1. what a way to start the week!
    had to modify the box jump cuz i don't have a box…jumped as high as i could and pulled my knees up to my chest. hard but probably easier and faster than a box jump.

    box jumps on my stairs, second step up
    10 lb kettle
    Couldn't do any dips
    Just learned a burpee doesn't have to have a push up with it so I did all burpees non-push-up ones 😉 (my arms were shot after 50 push ups)

  3. 15:19
    15lb kettle bell
    6" box jumps (only hard surface I have to jump on).
