21 Walking lunge steps with 5-10lb dumbbells held overhead
Run 400 meters

  2. 20:45 – 10 lb. AND I did the first and last set of burpees with boy push-ups! Today was a killer Jenni!

  3. 15 mins with a modification. I did 100 jump jacks each time in place of running since I wasn't able to run today.
