1. Everyday there is an new crazy named workout I've never heard of! Squat snatches and wallball shots…gotta look these up….I'm a little concerned…

    Had a hard time keeping good form on the squat snatch because of my back issues so did weighted squats (10lbs) instead.

  4. Mary- I am sure it was because you were doing your squat snatches correctly with good form. 😉
