  2. Why oh why did I choose today to start this? Darn you and your twitter:) I did it in 17:54 but that was with half my burpees modified…didn't want to puke on day one! Thanks for doing this and getting me remotivated!

  6. 24:20 – I'm pretty sure you'd call that modified! mine also didn't look much like burpees towards the end. (i missed yesterday so i did it today)

  7. I'm totally pulling the "just had a baby 6 weeks ago" card. Totally modified my workout. 8:15 with crunches & only 10 burpees a set.

    Josh: 13:50 Didn't do last 80 burpees.
