Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Sit-ups


  1. Wasn't strong enough to do many one-legged squats. had to switch to regular squats. lost track but i think around 16 rounds with regular squats.

  2. 16 rounds
    girly push-ups on the driveway
    one legged squats holding on to side view mirror
    sit-ups on the lawn
    in beautiful, sunny, 74 degree CA!
