Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
10 Push-ups
15 Back Extension
20 Sit-ups


  1. 6 rounds and about 300 meters of the next run. I went ahead and finished the next 100 meters to get the 400 in.

  2. 6 rounds
    this morning but didn't get around to posting until just now.
