21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Squat (5-10lb dumbbells on shoulders)
Jump jacks or rope
Deadlift (20-60lb)
20″ Box jump
Begin each round with a 50 meter Bear crawl.

*Do each exercise 21 reps, then 18 reps, then 15 reps, etc.


  1. 13:55 – jump rope. My kids think I'm hilarious crawling around the house like a bear… especially when I growl! 😉

    10lb squats
    jump jacks
    25lb deadlift

    It was the bear crawl that killed my time. Brutal. I felt exhausted before I even started. With JOdie, just glad I did it.

    Morghan- you are a speed machine! Don't know how you did it in 11 minutes!! 🙂
