5 rounds for time of:
6 Push-ups
12 Sit-ups
24 Weighted walking lunges, 10-15lb dumbbells


  1. 8:30 with the no weights on the last four rounds. I'm a wuss. but I did do it right after a 2 mile run so my legs were shot!

  2. 6:58
    my thighs are burning.
    5lb weights (recovering back again- stupid)

  3. 9:40 with 10lbs dumbbells.
    Wow, I was really slow again. I'm going to chalk it up to my 7 mile run yesterday.
