21 Dumbbell snatch, right arm (10-15lb)
21 Sit-ups
21 Dumbbell snatch, left arm (10-15lb)
21 Leg lifts


  1. 9:30 – I also used 5 lbs.
    I also ran a mile before and a half mile after the WOD… I'm tired
