Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Wall ball shots
10 Knees to bar
10 Box jumps, 20″ box


  1. Where did all my Mamas go? Want to WOD so bad…. working out sciatic nerve issues. Hoping for tomorrow!

  2. I tried the knees to elbows and that was an epic fail. So i substituted situps and leg lifts.
    I only managed 5 sets.

  3. 13 rounds + 7 wall ball shots
    Used 8 lb ball for wall ball
    Did situps instead of knees to bar (no bar at home yet) – used 8 lb ball with situps on 1/3 of sit ups

    We are in the process of buying a house and were doing all things house and baby yesterday from the time we got up until we went to sleep! I was laying in bed last night wishing I had done this WOD!

    And, this one really got me sweating today!

    Took it easy (worried about my back).
    Subbed 20 sit-ups for the KTB for my back.
    Glad to be WODing again. 🙂
