  1. I wasn't able to run this morning, hoping to tonight… I did the WOD from 9/5 and got a 13:46… little over 4 minutes faster than 9/5… 🙂

  2. 25:45 – so disappointed in myself… Thought I would beat my own time from last month, but I'm 30 seconds slower! I blame the pei wei dinner I ate an hour before running… I really had to take that first mile easy…

  3. Well, I felt better and resumed the WODs to soon and reinjured my back muscle doing Wednesday's WOD. Doctor's orders are NO working out until Monday and then no heavy lifting for a while. Dang. 🙁
