  1. didn't have time to figure yardage today. did other exercises and ran a mile.

  2. Jodie- There are some great free apps out there for keeping track of your distances. If you have iPhone, there is Nike + or if you have a Droid, there is Endomondo which is what I use. It is awesome, will do miles or kilometers, time you, calculate minute/mile, play your music, etc.

  3. 10:50. Used 25 lbs. I wasn't able to sprint so I did 50,100,125 and 150 jumping jacks.

    several interruptions & various cardio exercises instead of sprints

  5. i'm too low tech. my phone makes calls and texts that's it.

  6. 6:47 with boy push-ups and 40lbs deadlift!!!

  7. I am way out of order today. But I went running for 2-3 miles with a friend tonight, came home and did the rest. Total workout 30-40 minutes.
