Jodie- There are some great free apps out there for keeping track of your distances. If you have iPhone, there is Nike + or if you have a Droid, there is Endomondo which is what I use. It is awesome, will do miles or kilometers, time you, calculate minute/mile, play your music, etc.

I am way out of order today. But I went running for 2-3 miles with a friend tonight, came home and did the rest. Total workout 30-40 minutes.
