    Realized that I can do 100 squats in under 2 minutes…. leg lifts, not so much. 🙂

    Glad it was an "easy" one today.
    Too little sleep last night, so I appreciated this!

    Was aiming for 10 min. or less so this is good for me.
    Squats no prob, leg lifts really pushed me!
    Glad for that too.
