1. I did it! ALL of it! Even when I wanted to skimp on the push-ups I still did all of them. However, crew sneakily reset my timer, so I did it in 0.00! Isn't that great!? Brent did it with me, but he had to replace the box jumps with jumping jacks because of his bad knee. Plus he skimped on the leg lifts and we finished at the same time.

  2. 18:01. The leg lifts were so hard for me! My core is so weak right now. I'm so excited to be doing these exrecises. I have 6 month old twins, and time is precious, but I feel like I can take 15-20 minutes time for me to do these! Thanks for posting them!
    (I started doing them last week, and I was so sore I could barely walk this weekend!)

    Honestly, I am just glad that I was able to complete this WOD. I am having so many girl issues right now that the last thing I wanted to do was exert myself and jump around. I didn't think I was going to make it past round 2. Glad I did it, no matter who long it took me!

    I'm with jenni. today i just feel accomplished to have done anything! thought it would boost my mood but i'd steer clear the rest of the day.
