10, 20, or 30lb power clean (see sidebar video)
Bar-facing burpee (use a broom on the floor)


  1. 12:45 with 30lb power cleans.
    Man that was a good work out!

  2. Chris- 6:29 with 60lb power cleans.
    (I should call them power dirties with the way he was doing them! 😉

  3. All my friends told me on Twitter that they were too sore to work out today! 🙂
