  1. 8:36 – but I could only do 35 push ups and I could NOT figure out how to do back extensions at home! I tried my kitchen table, but there was nothing to hold my ankles and I was afraid to fall off!

    Before today I had no idea what they were, so I hope that was right.

    No energy today…husband got in a car accident (he's fine) at 10 last night and got home at 4am, so I got little sleep. But after missing yesterday because of 2 very needy kids and 2 other kids recovering from a tummy bug, it felt so good to do this!

    Girly push ups, of course.

    Thanks for posting that video. That is what I intended (except I do mine with superman arms). I assumed that is what a back extension was….

  5. Never thought I would say this, and not sure if it is just PMS, but I am actually a little depressed today after 2 days with no WOD! I want to do them SO bad. What is wrong with me?

  6. Britta- next time, try not to stop at 35 push-ups. You might need a 2 minute break and then resume with 2 girl push-ups at a time until you meet the goal, even if it takes longer, if you can. Or you can continue the rest of the WOD and then come back to complete the push-ups. It is about completing the task if you can at all, not always about having the fastest time. But if your arms were completely spent, I understand. 🙂
