5 rounds for time of:
40 Jump Jax
30 Box jumps- 12-18 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings (use a dumbbell, 10, 15, or 20lbs)

*if you can’t find a box, you can use a stair, step stool, bench, take the cushions off your couch, etc.)

This one is going to be brutal ladies but just stick with it no matter how long it takes. DON’T GIVE UP! Just when you get through round 3 and feel completely spent, grab a sip of water, take a few deep breaths, do a quick stretch and just get through one more set on one more round at a time. You will surprise yourself.


  1. 12:22 – my coffee table is only 18 inches… Not sure I could make 24! KILLER!

    Ps- I hate always being the first to post my time! I always think I did good, then I check at the end of the day and realize how slow I am!
    On the plus side, I have great form! 🙂

  2. – I did 80 jumps with a jump rope (can't do double unders yet)
    – the box jumps killed me
    – 15lb kettle bell (that gave me blisters!)
    – 18:17

  3. My pillow jumps were maybe 8 inches…lol. But 15 minutes 10 sec and ended with me gagging over the toliet. Didn't help any I already felt nauseus before starting!

    I was cracking myself up at my crazy half jump/half step ups at about 18 inches. I think I'd need 12 inches to manage a jump, but didn't have anything around that short to use. I swear I should record myself now so when I'm in any kind of shape at all I can look back and laugh.

    Good job ladies. You guys are rockin' it out!! I was pushing my hardest (with a slight back injury) with an 18" weight bench and a 15lb weight for my kettle bells. Back felt fine the whole time.

    40 jump jacks

    15 box jumps, onto a couch cushion. um, yeah….killer. I felt so weak & uncoordinated, but got a little better control with each set

    20 – kettlebell swings w/ 10lb. dumbbell

    but I only did three rounds

    used the bottom step for the box jumps but was so uncordinated that I had to hang onto the railing for balance and half of them I did the walk up and down instead of the jump

    used my 6.6 lb dumbbell for the kettlebells.

    Thanks for doing this Jenni…it's a good workout plus I walk my puppy for 30-45 min 5 times a week.

  8. Ha, I misread 3 rounds instead of 5. I was wondering how the heck my time was so good. 😛
