HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Every minute for 20 minutes, alternate between:
Run 1 minute
15 squats

*The goal is to match or beat your run distance each round.

Post total run distance to comments.

This WOD will look like this:
0:00-1:00- run
1:00-2:00- 15 squats
2:00-3:00- run
…etc until you hit 20 minutes.
