  1. 6 rounds with 15lb kettlebell
    Did a mile on the bike before for a warm up
    45 years old and haven’t worked out in 5 years!

  2. Nice one! Six presses shy of the sixth round. Did a 25# bell for the swings, 20# for squats, and 15# for single arm presses.
