Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

400-m run
Max set of strict pull-ups (assist as needed)
Max set of strict bench dips

Post number of pull-ups and dips completed each round to comments.

    18 y-o daughter:
    80 jump jacks
    20 DK
    20 BD
