1. Nearly 6 rounds, just had to finish out the jumps. 30# total for bench, half double unders, half singles.

  2. 8 rounds in 20:22
    12#dbs for chest press, should’ve gone up.
    Modified single leg squats on a chair, 4 rds with 10lb dB, the rest unweighted.
    120 singles.

  3. Four rounds even. 30# presses, 160 sjr each round.
