1. 11 rounds and all but the vups on the 12th. Pull ups are far from complete or amazing, but I think better than they used to be. I’m not doing the let downs anymore… 😅 Handstand pushups are still first “phase”, squats, we’ll, working on them, and vups aren’t bad. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  2. First WOD! 4 rounds with everything being modified either by decrease in ROM and pulling down a stretch band from a door handle for pull ups. I was surprised by how well I did the squats even modified. I wanted to stop at 8 minutes left, but pushed through!

  3. 8 rounds in 90°+ heat.

    Jump PU
