HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

The 12 Rounds of Christmas

12 rounds for time, starting with 1 and adding an exercise each round of:

1 push-up
2 V-ups
3 burpees
4 donkey kicks
5 walking lunges
6 squats
7 butterfly sit-ups
8 jump squats
9 jump lunges
10 broad jumps
11 kettlebell swings
12 pistols

Perform the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1 perform 1 push-up. In round 2 perform 2 V-ups and then one push-up. In round 3 perform 3 burpees, then 2 V-ups, then 1 push-up. Continue adding a new exercise each round.
