For total time:

3 rounds of:
10 handstand push-ups, scale as needed
10 dumbbell hang power cleans, 15-20 lb dumbbells
50 double-unders (sub: 200 singles)

Rest 1 min., then:

3 rounds of:
10 handstand push-ups, scale as needed
10 dumbbell shoulder-to-overheads, 15-20 lb dumbbells
50 double-unders (sub: 200 singles)

Time cap: 10 min.

    I would like to see more simple exercises and less hard ones like snatches ?? I hate those things, I can’t do them correctly.
