Three 5-minute rounds of:
200-m farmer carry, 20 lb dumbbells
Then as many reps as possible of:
5 burpees
10 kettlebell swings, 20-25 lbs

Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Post number of reps completed each round to comments.

    3 reps+ 5 burpees
    3 reps+ 5 burpees

    1. It was way easier with kettlebells. I used 2-20# dumbbells for the first round, it was bulky and hit my hips weird. I then used 1-20# kb and 1-15# kb… what a difference!

  2. 7 sets plus 5 burpees
    40# farmer carry

    6 reps each
    2nd round- 6 reps burpees , 5 reps kettle swing
    3 round- 6 eel burpees, 5 eel kettle swing
    25 lbs farmer walks
    25 lbs kettle swings
