  1. 13:25 with 20lbs and I broke the exercises into 10 reps for 5 rounds

    50 push presses: 20#
    50 sumo deadlift high pulls: 25#
    50 front squats:
    25 with 38# and 25 with 32#

    40# HS
    40# PP
    25# SDHP
    40# FS

  5. 14:35, 20# all. Did single arm snatches and added an extra 10 reps to those per side.
