Free HIIT Mamas 90 Day Fitness Challenge- DAY 35

5 rounds for time of:
25 double-unders (sub: 100 singles)
30 single-arm overhead walking lunge, 10-20 lb dumbbell

Hold weight in left hand for the first 15 lunges, then switch to right hand for 15 lunges back.

Post reps and load completed to comments.
