Box jump for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Jump lunges for 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds
Jump squats for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Box jump for 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds

Post total reps completed each round to comments.
