    14# bar for all.

    Missed most of June. Death in family, followed by cracked molar & extraction, and then a bad wipeout on a trail jog, injuring knee and shoulder.
    I’m so very over June!
    Going to try and make up missed wods as I can.
    Keep chugging along!
