On a 16-minute running clock, 2 rounds of:

2 minutes of double-unders (sub:singles)
Tabata single-leg squats, alternating legs each interval
2 minutes of box jumps, 18 in box

Post total reps to comments.

 

WOD WRITTEN OUT:
2 minutes of double-unders (sub:singles)
8 rounds of 20 seconds single leg squat, 10 seconds rest
(alternate legs every 20 second interval)
2 minutes of box jumps, 18 in box
2 minutes of double-unders (sub:singles)
8 rounds of 20 seconds single leg squat, 10 seconds rest
(alternate legs every 20 second interval)
2 minutes of box jumps, 18 in box

    Chair asst squats: L 36 / R 29
    . L 35 / R 35
    Alternating steps on tall box = 52 + 58
