Tabata burpee
Tabata weighted sit-up
Tabata kettlebell/dumbbell swing
Tabata burpee

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. There is no rest between rounds.

Post loads and reps completed each round to comments.

    Burpees- 37
    Situps w/ 5 pound weight- 53
    Swings 25 pounds- 106
    Burpees- 37

    Didn’t count in full. Burpees were between 3 and 5 each round, so between 28 and 32. Sit ups with 5# weight, between 6 and 8 each round, so between 48 and 60. 25# kb between 10 and 14 each round, so between 80 and 105 or so.
