Monday 03.16.20

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:

5 overhead squats
10 box jumps, 18 inches
15 shoot-throughs (place 2 chairs on a rug or yoga mat)

    I’ve been sick as a dog the last week, so today was my first workout in awhile, and I was tiiiiired.

    7 rounds plus 5 squats (25 pounds) and box jumps.
