Use a 10-lb. ball and a 18-in. box.

    39:47 with 12-lb med ball and 20” box

    What a workout! That was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a LONG time!!! Figured my legs would give out on the last round of box jumps and I’d rack my shins, but luckily I didn’t. (My box is made out of wood and is not padded!)
