Hang from a pull-up bar for 6 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, stop the timer and perform:
800-m run
20 push-ups

      Ha that is the 4 times I dropped from the bar, I guess I need it to run at the end so 4:43 more minutes for the 800 m and 20 push ups

  3. I had an awful migraine yesterday and wasn’t able to workout. So did the workout today.

    7 drops. Arms are done!

      I remember doing this last year and I am proud to say I am much stronger! ? couldn’t finish it last year.
