    PU: 11 max (consecutive 7)
    Bench: 8, 50#
    Squats: 39
    1 mile run: 10:34

    Getting faster on my runs and can feel my endurance has increased! Yay for non-scale victories!

    Bench- 52 @ 40#
    Pull-up- 11 with hubby holding feet
    Squat- 121
